We require all passengers to have a basic level of general health and physical well-being, this includes:
• No recent surgery.
• No known significant hip, knee, neck, or back problems.
• No recently broken bones.
• Not currently pregnant.
• Ability to stand for at least 1 hour without rest.
• Must be at least 5 years of age.
• Not under the influence of alcohol
or drugs at the time of flight.

Safaris can either be booked in advance or in camp.

The balloon is made of synthetic fabric, and a basket is attached to it by the means of ropes. Coatings of chemical are applied on its surface to prevent air from passing through it. Liquefied propane is contained in metal tanks, and is fed into burners by opening inlet nozzles. These tanks may also have gauges to measure the volume and pressure of the contents. As the gas is lit, the increasing temperature results in lift, and the whole structure starts flying.

All Tour Operators / DMC’s / Booking Agents are required to make 100% payment at least 30 days prior to the requested Date of Flight in order to guarantee and confirm any booking

A typical flight will include 4-10 people. However, if you are interested in a private, romantic flight, we offer couples-only flights as well.

Dress to be comfortable as you would if you were on the ground depending upon the day’s weather conditions. Because a hot air balloon travels at the same speed as the air around it, wind chill factors are eliminated, so if anything, it is typically a bit warmer in the balloons. Do not overdress, particularly in the summer.

Flights last an average of 1 hour and offer excellent photographic opportunities.

No. Once the balloon leaves the ground, it is moving at the same speed as the environment. There is no feeling of motion. The sensation of ballooning is the absence of sensation.

If the agent cancels a booking 15 days or more before the day of the flight, no retention charge will be levied and if they cancel a booking between 14 days and 72 hours prior to the day of the flight, we will charge 25% of the total invoice as retention. We offer FULL REFUND for all cancellations that happen due to unsuitable weather conditions, operational and regulatory issues with the option to reschedule the booking for an alternative date of the flight. No refunds are offered for cancellations due to non-appearance/non-availability of the booked passenger on the date of the flight as per the stipulated reporting time. Bookings can only be postponed to a date within 48 hours of the original booking date; otherwise, it would be treated as a cancellation as per the above guidelines
