Pin Parvati pass Trek is a difficult trek to handle. If you are undertaking a trekking expedition for the first time, it is essential that you carry the necessary items with you.
Pin Parvati trek is considered to be a difficult one and there is no other way except getting really prepared for the trek to avoid problems en route. Start with cardiovascular exercises and jogging is the best to increase your lung capacity. Make sure you are jogging every day and increase the distance and speed combination each day. Also do some normal exercises like squats, skipping, swimming that would strengthen your muscles and make you flexible. Stretching exercises can also be of use while perfecting your body to do this trek
The first-day trek from Manali to Kalga will involve a 4-5 hours drive, and the second day to Kheer Ganga will involve trekking for 6 to 7 hours. On the third day, the group will carry on walking for 7 to 8 hours. You will then reach Thakur Kuan after walking for 6 to 7 hours. There is a steep ascent path for about 1 hour during this trek. The trip will continue on the fifth day, hiking over 6 hours, and the next day for 8 hours. After that, the group will carry on to reach Summit camp and Bedu Thatch on the 7th and 8th day, each trek lasting 8-10 hours. The last two days will involve trekking for 5-6 hours each.
Pin Parvati trek is extremely safe to conduct under the guidance of trained trekking professionals. It is not advisable to undertake the journey if you are trekking for the first time or are new to hiking through the Himalayas. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you are traveling to Spiti valley on your own vehicle, it is advisable to take the Manali Leh Highway, instead of the Kinnaur route. The Zoji La pass is extremely treacherous to cross, especially in winter. It is better to take a bus if you want to take this Highway.
Pin Parvati trek is a very tough trek and therefore it is said often that this trek is only for the seasoned trekkers. It is quite a long expedition – a whole 17457 feet high. If you have done high-altitude treks before and is at a really great shape physically, you can try this trek. The thing about this trek is that anyone above 15 years of age can do it but you must have experience with high altitude trekking because Pin Parvati trek is for the serious trekkers.

Well trekking on the hilly terrain of himalayas has always been my favourite trekking expedition. Spiti valley trekking has moderate trails and green surroundings. Better To go in summers, during rest of the season this Pin Parvati Pass experiences heavy snow fall so the condition becomes unfavorable for trekking. The exciting trip takes about eleven days, a worth visiting place.
