Drive along the coastal road uphill to the Vallee de Mai. This excursion allows you to experience Vallee de Mai a Nature Reserve, one of UNESCO’s World Heritage sites, famous for its unique palm forest including the legendary Coco de Mer, with its provocatively shaped nut and supposed mystic powers. The coco de Mer is also considered as the world’s heaviest nut growing naturally and in abundance on ancient palms in a primitive forest among which are some rare and endemic species of palms. Six of these species only grow in Seychelles, without forgetting the rare and endemic black parrot.
After the tour transfer to Anse Lazio beach, ranked as one of the world’s best beaches, for swimming and snorkeling or simply to relax on the beach.
A coach ride to Baie Ste Anne Jetty for a trip to La Digue on the local schooner.
